I have a passion for creating websites that are easy to use, solves a problem and produces tangible results that meets expectations. Here is a little more detail about my passion.

Designs should begin with a focus on the user to create a meaningful and smooth user experience.
Branding; it shapes perceptions, envisions futures, and tells inspiring stories, when done correctly.
The right words can transform any website, create conversations and inspire meaningful actions for companies and people.
My biggest strength: My biggest strength is holding myself accountable and being self motivated. These qualities have consistently driven me to achieve my goals and successfully complete even the most demanding tasks.
My biggest weakness: My biggest weakness is perfectionism. While I strive for high quality, I recognize that perfectionism can lead to procrastination. To avoid this, I prioritize completing tasks, understanding that ‘done is better than perfect.’ This approach allows me to be productive and avoid getting bogged down in unnecessary details.
The value I bring to teams: I have a solid understanding of website development, domain propagation, hosting setup, migration, integration, and design. I recognize that these technical aspects are part of a larger picture: Collaborating to create an equitable and accessible user experience that ultimately drives business results. This focus on user and business outcomes is what excites me most.
Fun fact: All of the jobs I have held have been tech and web design related. In all of these roles I have always taught and trained people in some capacity, to help my team.
